Dear friends and family of Vamp
We have had to think long and hard about the implications of COVID-19 on our staff and our store. We’ve decided, for the time being, not to close our doors, as our business supports the breadwinners of 10 families who depend on us.
Our number one priority is the safety of our staff and of our customers, so we’ve put in place strict hygiene protocols in our workshop and in our store:
*Constant staff education
*We have provided staff with masks and sanitisers to take home
*We constantly disinfect gates, doorbell, credit card machine and counter tops
*We have set up hand sanitiser stations in the shop
*We encourage social distancing in the store
*We encourage customers where possible to use tap and go credit card facilities or Snapscan
We’re going to need your support in the next few months if we are going to survive as a small business, so we’ve been hard at work coming up with ideas that might make supporting easier
*We are offering 20% off everything in the shop including gift vouchers!
*We are open to making custom items during this time, send us an email with your requirements and we will send you a quote and a working drawing
*We are taking on refurbishing jobs, email us a photo and measurements to receive a quote
*Gift vouchers: please consider buying gifts in advance in the form of our vouchers, it would really help us and is something to look forward to once all this blows over.
Self-isolating? No problem. Get in touch with us via phone or email with your request and we can either organise delivery or store your goods for future pick-up. If you’d like to collect, call us when you’re on your way and we will come out and hand your purchase to you
We are immensely grateful for all your support over the years and are confident that with the community’s help, we will be able to push through this difficult time.
